Mandy Rose was relegated back to NXT after quite the run on WWE’s main roster, but the superstar vows to make the most of her most recent run on the developmental brand of WWE. She vows to revisit one of the company’s most important eras in the industry. The era known as the Ruthless Aggression Era.

The aforementioned era made many superstars when WWE was in dire need of young stars to step up. This need was felt most when wrestlers such as Stone Cold Steve Austin and The Rock left for specific reasons: The Rock to pursue an acting career, and Steve Austin because of his career-ending injuries.

Regardless, stars like John Cena, Randy Orton, Batista, Brock Lesnar, Eddie Guerrero, and even Kurt Angle ushered in quite the dominating era. Mandy Rose made reference to this era while speaking with hollywoodlife.com, telling one and all that her new direction can be best described as:

“I would say ‘Ruthless Aggression!’”

She is currently the head of the table, so to speak, in the new faction known as Toxic Attraction (the faction being both toxic because of their malintent that’s quite obvious in their heelish behavior, and the attraction part is pretty much self-explanatory). She’s teamed up with rising stars, Gigi Dolin and Jacy Jayne.

Mandy is well placed in her role at the head of the faction, and complete with a new hair color and edgier attitude, it looks like the former SmackDown star has nowhere to go but up. She’s already set to face the Women’s NXT Champion, Raquel Gonzalez at Halloween Havoc, and Mandy is predominantly featured on most, if not all NXT adds these days.

Some final thoughts on how Mandy sees her new opportunity and role with the company:

“…at the end of the day, I want to be known for my abilities, my athleticism, how hard I have trained and how hard I have worked to get to where I have got and not just about my looks. Yeah, it is great to look amazing and pretty, but that won’t always be there…

“It doesn’t mean I am going to come out with a garbage bag over my head. I am still hot…I am still sexy, and it is still me, but I am a little edgier and ruthless side of me that I am excited to show.”

It’s safe to assume that there certainly is a lot of hype regarding her new direction, and there’s reason for it. It would seem that this is the perfect platform for her to prove that although she is tremendously gorgeous, she is also an epic athlete to boot. She seems hungry and well, rather full of…ruthless aggression too. Halloween Havoc is set to air next Tuesday October 26th at 8 PM EST.
