WWE split up Jinder Mahal, Shanky, and Veer during the 2021 Draft. Now Veer is on his own on RAW and Jinder Mahal is on SmackDown with Shanky. Those choices were made during supplemental draft. That group was fun while it lasted, and it was Mahal’s choice as well.

While speaking to Fightful Select, Jinder Mahal went over his new presentation in WWE. The company brought his new theme to him, and he knew it would be a perfect fit when he heard it. That being said, Mahal didn’t hear the final mix until he made his way to the ring.

He also revealed that Veer and Shanky were his handpicked choices for stablemates. They both impressed him while he was at the WWE Performance Center rehabbing his last knee injury. The idea to add them to his team was accepted after pitching it to Vince McMahon and Bruce Prichard.

Mahal told us that he specifically went to Vince McMahon and Bruce Prichard and said he wanted Veer and Shanky as a part of his presentation. It got approved, and Mahal spoke highly of their willingness to learn. Mahal saw them at the WWE Performance Center when he was doing his rehab for his most recent knee surgery.

We’ll have to see what Veer does on his own on RAW. Jinder Mahal and Shanky are now on SmackDown, so they could continue together as a team. The company didn’t keep the trio together for very long, but Jinder Mahal was able to work with Shanky and Veer for a little while.
