CM Punk Match Booked For AEW Rampage Next Week

CM Punk is going to wrestle a lot more often than anyone really expected after his return to pro wrestling after seven year away. He just went to battle this week and he has another match booked next week for a live edition of AEW Rampage from Miami.

Rampage brought a packed episode to TNT this week, hopefully this action will pull up the viewership, and CM Punk’s participation can’t hurt.

Lio Rush was talked to Matt Sydal backstage about what he can do for his career. Then he suggested that he get Sydal a match against CM Punk. Sydal liked that idea.

It didn’t take long for that match to get booked. Excalibur soon revealed that match is going down next week. CM Punk is coming off of a couple nice wins, the latest against Daniel Garcia on Rampage this week. Next week CM Punk will take on Matt Sydal.

CM Punk is really getting back into the swing of things and it seems that Rampage is becoming his program.
