AEW brought Grand Slam to fans this week and Arthur Ashe Stadium was treated to two hours of great pro wrestling. The night did not end for those in the crowd, because AEW Rampage Grand Slam taped right afterward. We will have complete spoilers in this article as soon as they are sent in to us.

The big draw for AEW Rampage Grand Slam is CM Punk’s first televised match in over 7 years. He will take on Will Hobbs in Arthur Ashe Stadium. The Second City Saint also appeared on AEW Dynamite to cut a promo for the match.

Max Caster challenged Tony Khan to a freestyle rap battle, but then TK brought out Lil Uzi Vert. You can check out video of that segment here.

AEW Rampage

CM Punk vs. Hobbs

CM Punk switched it up to trunks once again for the Arthur Ashe crowd. This was the second time they saw him that night and he received a huge ovation. In the end, CM Punk won the match that marked his first televised contest in seven years.

Adam Cole & Young Bucks vs Christian Cage, Luchasaurus, & Jungle Boy

Adam Cole’s pop was tremendous in Arthur Ashe Stadium. Absolutely ear shattering, but that should be expected. The Superkliq got their act back together for this six-man tag team match. In the end, the Superkliq won the match.

Inner Circle vs Men of the Year

Chris Jericho and Jake Hager had a bone to pick with Dan Lambert of American Top Team. Lambert also paired up with Ethan Page and Scorpio Sky to make this match happen on Rampage in Arthur Ashe Stadium. Ethan Page and Sky beat Jericho and Hager. Jorge Masvidal interfered and reenacted the flying knee that knocked out Ben Askren at UFC 239 on Chris Jericho. This match ended in a huge brawl and the referee called for the bell. Tony Khan even ran out and took some damage.

Lucha Brothers and Santana and Ortiz vs. Hardy Family Office

Santana & Ortiz and Lucha Bros won the match over the HFO. Proud n Powerful dressed up like the Furies from the Warriors movie. Orange Cassidy also showed up and got a huge pop for taking his shirt off. Cassidy took out Jack Evans.

Miro destroyed both Sammy Guevara & Fuego on the top of the stage. Then he threw Fuego off the stage and through a table.

Anna Jay vs. Penelope Ford

Penelope Ford won the match with the assistance of brass knuckles.

Jon Moxley & Eddie Kingston vs Suzuki Gun

Arthur Ashe Stadium reacted huge for each entrance. They loved singing “Wild Thing.” Homicide showed up during this match to help out Eddie Kingston. In the, Moxley and Kingston won as Eddie got the pinfall. He destroyed Lance Archer with a kendo stick after putting a garbage can over him.
