AEW geared up for a few surprises at All Out, and fans got an unexpected return during the Buy-In preshow. Andy Williams, better known as The Butcher, returned to take out Orange Cassidy.

Orange Cassidy, Chuck Taylor, Wheeler Yuta, & Jurassic Express took on Matt Hardy, Private Party, & TH2 during the Buy-In. The babyfaces won that match, but the action continued. Orange Cassidy, Chuck Taylor and Wheeler Yuta were about to celebrate on their own after the Jurassic Express left, but then they were jumped by Matt Hardy’s heel group.

Suddenly, The Butcher appeared and he took out Orange Cassidy. This marked his return to the company after months out of action with an injury. He was spotted around Chicago prior to All Out, and he was at the event to officially make his return.

Finally, a slew of babyfaces ran out as the Hardy Family Office departed. They were just about to cut Orange Cassidy’s hair prior to that save.

Butcher will join The Blade once again as part of Hardy’s heel stable in AEW. He made quite an impression upon his return at All Out.
