Daffney Unger tragically passed away after she appeared incredibly distraught on Instagram live stream. We will not be posting that incredibly sad video footage here at Ringside News. She was 46-years-old at the time of her passing, and she influenced so many while blazing a trail for others to walk on. The pro wrestling world is reacting in sadness today.

Tweets about Daffney are flooding the Internet Wrestling Community as more learn of the terrible news. Tributes started to appear, but many are at a loss for words and they have expressed their sadness through emojis.

“Rest in peace, my condolences to her family in her friends…” Thunder Rosa tweeted out. “Heartbreaking news. Damn,” Dustin Rhodes said in his own tweet.

Shark Boy also sent out a touching tribute to say, “There’s no way to express the sorrow I’m feeling right now. I’m trying, but the right words just won’t come out. @screamqueendaff’ meant so very much to me. I’ll love you forever, Shannon.”

Mick Foley wrote the following tweet after learning of her passing.

I’m so very sorry to learn of Daffney’s passing. A terrible loss for her family, friends and wrestling. She was far ahead if her time in our business. #RIPDaffney
