WWE Making Big Babyface Plans For NXT Superstars

Indi Hartwell and Raquel Gonzalez are two of the biggest stars in NXT’s women’s division. Gonzalez successfully defended her NXT Women’s Championship at NXT Takeover 36. Hartwell is involved in wedding story line with Dexter Lumis with Hartwell proposing to Lumis on a recent NXT.

Among many future changes within NXT, it is believed the two star women will have clear future plans. The two are being prepared to be NXT’s top female babyfaces going forward.

PW Insider reports that the two are slated to both be given babyface runs. with Gonzalez as the reigning champion she is set to defend her title against Kay Lee Ray and likely Franky Monet as a baby face champion.

With the upcoming rebranding of NXT it appears that they want the women’s division to be lead by a strong baby face champion. Hartwell is set to be a popular baby face currently outside of the title picture in a potentially long lasting angle with Lumis.

The future of the NXT brand is as unknown as it has ever been. While there remain many questions for NXT going forward, it appears that Raquel Gonzalez and Indi Hartwell will be two of the biggest babyfaces going forward.
