Impact Wrestling is still rolling on and they could pick up some impressive signees in the near future. Now we have word that Acey Romero wants out of the company.

According to a report from Fightful Select, Acey Romero requested his release from he company. He hasn’t been used since April’s television tapings, and he was also hospitalized from a bout with COVI-19.

Romero is 1/2 of the XXXL tag team alongside Larry D. The two were gaining momentum, but they were then taken off television.

Acey Romero is still under contract with the company at this time and he is on a per-appearance deal. He is healthy now and has wrestled on some Limitless shows in the past few weeks, but he has yet to return to Impact Wrestling.
