Interesting Note About Adam Cole’s ‘Final’ WWE Appearance

Adam Cole’s time in WWE is wrapping up and no new contract has been offered yet. Odds are he will depart, and CM Punk’s shoes provided pretty big tease of that as well. He has one more appearance, an Amazon live stream to promote WWE action figures, but it’s not live at all.

According to PW Insider, that “live stream” with Johnny Gargano and Cole was actually filmed several weeks ago. There is nothing live at all about that appearance, so Cole isn’t really doing this appearance a day prior to his deal wrapping up.

PWInsider.com has confirmed that promotional stream was taped several weeks back so post-production could be done in advance.

We will have to see what happens to Adam Cole from this point on. Since he signed a short contract extension, that is running up, there very well might not be any non-compete clause associated with his departure. That could lead to a very surprising moment in the near future. The big question is which company will host that moment.
