Impact Wrestling Set To Land ‘Big New Distribution Deal’ Soon

Anthem CEO Leonard Asper seems to have big plans in store for Impact. The CEO teased “Big New Distribution Deal,” though what will exactly change for Impact through the deal is unclear.

Asper took to Twitter in order to tease the deal. His announcement came as a response to an older tweet, which announced Steve Maclin vs. Petey Williams for Emergence special.

Hey y’all I am here. Was busy trying to keep up with @IMPACTWRESTLING launching so many new channel streams and products! Getting pumped things thank you for watching in insanely increasing numbers! Big new distribution deal coming soon!

It’s unclear what will be the “big new distribution deal” for Impact, though Asper seems to have big plans. Impact itself has been busy making a lot of moves itself with their programming.

With the inclusion of Christian Cage on show and him winning the Impact Wrestling World Title makes things very complicated. As he relinquished one of the two belts, it seems Impact will have to find ways to make their programming interesting.
