WWE signed deal with Peacock and that brought a ton of money to Vince McMahon’s company. There were some complaints from American fans about the move from WWE Network to Peacock, and that was amplified when they realized that the pause, rewind, and fast forward didn’t work with live programming. Now that problem is no more.

Peacock updated their interface to allow pausing and the ability to rewind and fast forward during live broadcasts. That means fans can watch WWE events at their leisure and preferred viewing practices.

Some fans like to start events late and have some buffer room to fast forward if needed. Peacock’s previous setup did not allow for this. Now WWE fans can start watching a bit later and skip the parts they don’t want to see. Fans can also start the event a little later and rewind to see what they missed.

It appears that Peacock updated their player on multiple platforms including iOS, Roku, and more.

This is a big deal for some fans who relied on the rewind, pause, and fast forward function to take in WWE programming.

I love pro wrestling and hate BS. These two things drive me. Years of experience in writing, journalism, and digging exclusive insider info for Ringside News. Worked in finance before realizing pro wrestling journalism made much less sense. Pro beachballs at pro wrestling shows, pro dives if someone catches, anti bullies, olives, and pineapples on pizza.
