Jon Moxley had quite a career prior to venturing to WWE. He was part of a team called the Switchblade Conspiracy with Sami Callihan. That team has yet to re-form, but you can never say never in pro wrestling. This is especially true with the forbidden door kicked open.

Moxley secured a trademark for two different names: The Switchblades and Switchblade Conspiracy, the latter being his indie wrestling tag team name from years ago. This filing was done through trademark attorney Michael E. Dockins, who has locked down countless pro wrestling trademarks at this point.

This filing was done in the typical way that all pro wrestling trademarks are filed. He can use the name in pro wrestling events and merchandising as well.

Fans will remember that the Switchblade Conspiracy became wXw World Tag Team Champions in 2009. We will have to see what’s next for them.

Moxley and Callihan haven’t teamed up since 2011, but that will change soon enough. They have a tag team match on October 30th, 2021 at The Wrestling Revolver’s Tales From The Ring show in Clive, IA.
