Britt Baker is AEW Women’s World Champion, but she was also injured in the process. That is not keeping her out of the ring at all. In fact, Baker continued wrestling during that match with Nyla Rose where she sustained that wrist injury.

According to a report from Fightful Select, Baker is getting some big props within AEW. She was injured during a Death Valley Driver spot against Nyla Rose, but AEW’s resident dentist continued and did not cut any spot out of the match.

Baker did sustain the injury during the match with Nyla Rose, and we’re told specifically the spot happened on a Death Valley Driver spot towards the latter part of the match.

Baker carried on with that match against the Native Beast and wrestled for another four minutes despite her injury. No “on the fly” changes were made at all.
