AEW’s new show, Rampage, will debut this Friday on TNT at 10:00 PM. They will move both Rampage and Dynamite to TBS in 2022, but Rampage will kick things off in Pittsburg this Friday. They also booked a huge match for a title that doesn’t even belong to All Elite Wrestling.

Kenny Omega will take on Christian Cage during the debut episode of Rampage this Friday. That match will not be for the AEW World Title, but Omega’s Impact World Title will be on the line. Omega vs Cage will also open the show.

Cage previously held the top title in TNA, the NWA World Heavyweight Title, on two separate occasions. He has yet to hold the new incarnation of the Impact World Title, but Christian will get his shot this Friday.

Christian Cage will also face Kenny Omega for the AEW World Title at All Out on September 5th. We will have to see who looks more like a Belt Collector when this program is over.

I love pro wrestling and hate BS. These two things drive me. Years of experience in writing, journalism, and digging exclusive insider info for Ringside News. Worked in finance before realizing pro wrestling journalism made much less sense. Pro beachballs at pro wrestling shows, pro dives if someone catches, anti bullies, olives, and pineapples on pizza.
