Rey Mysterio’s son Dominik has become a mainstay of the main roster and WWE television since making his debut back in 2019. Since then Dominik Mysterio has been featured extensively in various storylines, including a program with Seth Rollins.

Rey Mysterio is also a veteran in the pro wrestling world and has worked with the best of the best the business has to offer, including John Cena.

While speaking to Steven Muehlhausen of DAZN, Rey Mysterio talked about John Cena coaching his son Dominik Mysterio. Mysterio revealed that he requested Cena to coach Dominik as much as he could.

“To hear Cena coaching him in the corner, and he just stayed quiet. What he learned from Cena is completely different than what he’s going to learn from me. So I asked Cena to coach my son as much as he can. He’s all yours. Dominik learned a lot this past weekend, and it’s only gonna get better.”
