Jeff Hardy was in the middle of a feud with Karrion Kross, one that would have jumpstarted the NXT Champion’s run on the main roster. Then plans changed and they called an audible due to circumstances outside of their control.

Last week, Jeff Hardy tested positive for Covid-19 and his return to the ring won’t be possible until he recovers and receives a negative report on his Covid test. We are still waiting on that return.

The daredevil veteran was ready to show up for an event for recordBar after Raw’s Kansas City event. That appearance was cancelled on a short notice after the news of Hardy’s positive Covid report made its way into the world.

While he was part of a storyline with the NXT champion Karrion Kross where he’d just beat the NXT superstar on his RAW debut, the two were scheduled for a rematch, one that Kross was slated to lose.

According to a report from PW Insider, Jeff Hardy is still not cleared and he is not in Chicago for tonight’s show.

Jeff Hardy, who was pulled from the road following a COVID-19 positive test last week, is not at today’s Raw taping.

While Jeff Hardy will likely come back after two weeks of self-quarantine, WWE doesn’t like when Covid-19 positive of superstars gets out. Hardy wasn’t responsible as the organizers had to make an announcement, but let’s see what happens when he returns to the ring.

We’re sending out our best to Jeff Hardy for a speedy recovery from everyone here at Ringside News.
