During the match, Cash Wheeler took a bump on the outside and he did not return to the match. He was bleeding heavily from the head.

He was tended to by ringside personnel, including AEW’s doctor. Dax Harwood finished out the match by himself and he won the match. Then he went to check on Wheeler as well.
