AEW finally presented FTR vs Santana and Ortiz this week at Fight For The Fallen. They hyped that match for a long time and had been planning it for months. Unfortunately, Cash Wheeler was apparently injured in the process.

During the match, Cash Wheeler took a bump on the outside and he did not return to the match. He was bleeding heavily from the head.

He was tended to by ringside personnel, including AEW’s doctor. Dax Harwood finished out the match by himself and he won the match. Then he went to check on Wheeler as well.

Hopefully, Cash Wheeler is okay. At this time, we have no official report as to the extent of his injury.
