Thunder Rosa was NWA Women’s World Champion when she first appeared on Dynamite. She has worked several events on a per appearance deal. Now it appears that she has officially inked a deal with the company.

AEW sent out a social media blast to let fans know that Thunder Rosa is now “All Elite.” That generally means they have inked her to a full-time deal.

“Welcome to the team…” was the caption they picked to make this big reveal.

Thunder Rosa was just seen at Impact Wrestling’s Slammiversary event. She was an unexpected surprise, but it is also not unheard of for AEW stars to show up for other companies like Impact Wrestling and even the NWA.

Rosa was under NWA contract, but that deal was running out. It was unknown what her contract status was at the time, but now her deal is official with AEW.
