Bayley Undergoes Surgery After ACL Tear

Bayley is one of the top female Superstars in all of WWE, with her previous reign as Smackdown Women’s Champion lasting 380 days and she also has the most days as Women’s Champion in modern WWE.

Bayley recently suffered a horrific injury while training at the WWE Performance Center and is expected to be out for 9 months. She required knee reconstruction surgery and did just that recently.

Bayley took to Twitter and uploaded a photo of herself in the hospital after undergoing knee surgery. She also continued to blame fans for missing the first WWE show back on the road.

Bayley was scheduled to challenge SmackDown Women’s Champion Bianca Belair in an “I Quit” match at the WWE Money In the Bank pay-per-view, but the match was cancelled. Carmella will be challenging Belair for the title on this week’s episode of Friday Night Smackdown instead. We will have to wait and see what WWE will have planned for Bayley once she returns.
