It means a lot to get a blue Twitter checkmark next to your name on that social media platform. Some users won’t even look at an account twice unless they’re sporting one of those badges. They’re not easy to get, just ask Ricky Morton.

The The Rock N’ Roll Express member logged onto Twitter to share a response he received when trying to get verified. Unfortunately, they were unable to spare a blue checkmark for the WWE Hall of Famer. This caused him to reach out to fans about the matter.

Seriously @verified ?

What else do I need to do?

This is obviously a problem, but Morton isn’t the only person dealing with a situation like this. Ryback still can’t get verified, something that he has been fighting for a long time and he continues that pursuit. We will have to see if Morton is finally granted a blue checkmark from Twitter, but they aren’t giving him one right now for some reason.

What’s your take on this situation? Sound off in the comments!
