WWE NXT ended with a North American Title match even though none was advertised in advance. Bronson Reed defended his title against Isaiah “Swerve” Scott in the main event of the night. Hit Row ended things just they way they wanted.

Bronson Reed gave it his all, but in the end, Swerve Scott won the NXT North American Title from the big man. This went down after Reed took out other members of Hit Row who were getting involved in the match.

Hit Row celebrated as Swerve became NXT North American Champion at the end of the show. This was an unexpected title change, but there could have been a bigger reason for it.

Bronson Reed was getting a very good look from the WWE main roster. They had him in for multiple tryouts and a Main Event match. We’ll have to see if this is a sign that he is on his way to the main roster.
