FTR joined AEW with all of the intention in the world to prove that they are the best tag team going. They are continuing every week to do just that and the Top Guys had plenty of experiences along the way to get them to that point.

There was a time when Randy Orton and The Revival were aligned on WWE television. There was a lot of potential there, but Vince McMahon didn’t let them really go the distance. FTR still learned a lot from The Viper. FTR took out Konnan this week on Saturday Night Dynamite an The Legend Killer would likely be proud.

Dax Harwood posted on Twitter to pay homage to the time they spent with Randy Orton. That was a great time, but now the former AEW World Tag Team Champions have gone from learning from the Legend Killer to become legends themselves.

We learned from the “Legend Killer”. Now, we’re just Living Legends.

FTR are a part of the Pinnacle in AEW and Tony Khan will likely let that stable do everything they can prior to breaking them up. It seem that TK has a lot more patience to let storylines develop than Vince McMahon does.

We’ll have to see what’s next for FTR. Even if they never reunite with Randy Orton those memories aren’t going away.

What’s your take of FTR’s booking in AEW? Sound off in the comments!
