Nikki Cross’ New Superhero Gimmick Was Completely Her Idea

Nikki Cross is one of the mainstays of the women’s division in WWE and she has certainly been through a lot of hardships during her time in the company. Cross finally underwent a change on this week’s episode of Monday Night RAW.

Nikki Cross debuted a new character which was essentially superhero gimmick, as Cross stated she represents everyone. Cross then teamed up with former tag team partner Alexa Bliss and defeated Nia Jax and Shayna Baszler in a Women’s Money In the Bank Ladder Match qualifier.

Nikki Cross’ new look received a very mixed response from fans as many thought this was simply a case of bad decision made by WWE Creative. Nikki Cross’ husband Killian Dane took to Twitter and revealed that the gimmick was completely her own idea.

She had an idea and saw it brought to life. Very excited to see whats next! Go go Nikki!!!!

Nikki Cross certainly seems happy with her new gimmick and we will have to wait and see how the newly-revived partnership between Alexa Bliss and Nikki Cross will turn out.
