Mickie James Announces She Will Wrestle For The NWA

Mickie James was released from her WWE contract in the recent sweeping April releases. The trash bag care package scandal that followed made even more headlines. Mark Carrano was fired in the process and many people sang James’ praises after she posted that internet breaking photo.

Many fans were very excited to learn that Mickie James is going to executive produce the upcoming all-women’s NWA special. It was unclear if she would wrestle, but she cleared up any speculation with a video message.

James sent out a video to announce that she will wrestle at the NWA’s 73rd Anniversary Show. The big question is who will be her opponent. The pro wrestling world is full of talented female wrestlers who would love a chance to tangle with James.

We’ll have to see who wrestles Mickie James during this show. It has not been revealed that Mickie James is under contract. She also did not announce that she will wrestle at the all-women’s event that she is executive producing. James is married to NWA World Heavyweight Champion Nick Aldis, so she obviously had Billy Corgan’s phone number.
