WWE’s Strategy For Eva Marie & Piper Niven On RAW

Eva Marie was supposed to make her in-ring debut this week against Naomi, but she didn’t get her hands dirty at all. Piper Niven came down alongside her and took out The Glow. Then Eva Marie celebrated like she took out the former Women’s Champion by herself.

During Wrestling Observer Radio, Dave Meltzer discussed this situation. He stated that WWE’s plan is for Piper Niven to wrestle so Eva Marie doesn’t have to. The act will work because Eva Marie still gets on television, but she doesn’t have to work in the ring.

“Think about this, Piper Niven can wrestle. So, you have Eva Marie on the show, in her outfit every week. Piper Niven does the wrestling, Eva Marie takes credit for the wins and we don’t have to see Eva Marie wrestle.”

We’ll have to see how long this union lasts. Piper Niven wasn’t even given a name on RAW this week. They have name in mind, but it’s not the best one.

Eva Marie and Piper Niven could also end up feuding once she turns on the former Total Divas star. That is bound to happen eventually. Right now they are still getting things started, and fans are obviously interested in what will happen next.
