Matt Cardona Draws INSANE HEAT From GCW Crowd After Jon Moxley Fake-Out

Nick Gage has a target on him from a few people, and many fans at the GCW Zombie Walk event thought that Jon Moxley invaded to pay a visit. They were mistaken.

Moxley and Gage have an ongoing rivalry and they will meet again. Right now Moxley might be preoccupied at home with his very pregnant wife Renee Paquette. He is indefinitely suspended from AEW as well. Nick Gage and Matt Cardona also have quite budding feud, one that that started on social media.

Gage was in the ring during Zombie Walk and then a cloaked figure joined him. This new figure moved like Moxley and hit Gage with a Paradigm Shift. Then the masked man revealed himself to be Matt Cardona.

Cardona drew incredible heat from the live crowd. Chants of “F*ck Zack Ryder” rang out as he egged the crowd on. Matt Cardona was living it up as a heel who just pulled one over on the crowd and Nick Gage. It also looked like Cardona cut his hand a bit while nailing Gage with that Paradigm Shift in the glass-covered ring.

The King will likely get his revenge on Matt Cardona. That crowd was still pretty upset that they gave Matt Cardona such a great pop while thinking he was Jon Moxley. It was a pretty epic piece of business which you can check out below
