AEW concluded Double or Nothing with the Stadium Stampede match, but much of the action did not take place in front of live fans in Daily’s Place. The match eventually made its was to the live crowd, but they were previously watching on screens along with the rest of the fans at home.

According to Fightful Select, much of the Stadium Stampede match was filmed on Thursday last week. They also filmed additional footage on Friday. Urban Meyer also reportedly really enjoyed that cameo during the match.

AEW’s editing team then got to work on putting everything together for a quick turnaround to get things ready for Double or Nothing.

The editing process was put over as it was a pretty swift turnaround considering what they filmed. Those we’ve spoken to backstage were happy with how it came across and how the live element was integrate

The Inner Circle and Pinnacle’s war eventually spilled out into the live fans, but that wasn’t until they got all of the pretaped stuff out of the way. A lot of fans were wondering how the Inner Circle and Pinnacle made it from TIAA Field in such a hurry.
