Buff Bagwell was arrested on eleven charges that included a laundry list of misdemeanor offenses. That isn’t the only open case that he has going right now.

According to PW Insider, Bagwell has two open cases in Cobb County, Georgia. His most recent May 22nd arrest now joins one he previously had from August 16th, 2020 which has not yet been closed.

His first case in August 2020 listed off another lost string of charges. Those include hit and run, following two closely (2 charges), failure to yield when entering an intersection, speeding, driving within a median, driving on the wrong side of the road, duty upon striking a fixed object, driving under influence of drugs, and reckless driving.

According to the report, Bagwell was driving his 2013 Chevrolet Tahoe and he lost control while following a curve in the road. He struck a center median and a metal fence inside the median. Then he started driving toward oncoming traffic before his car hit a curb next to a bus station.

Bagwell was transported to Wellstar Kennestone Hospital in Marietta, GA with serious injuries. The announcement noted that “Investigators believe Bagwell was impaired by prescription medication during the collision.” Bagwell suffered a broken right hip, broken ribs, a broken left eye socket, a torn groin and has lots of bruising from the car wreck

He has a July 22nd court date set for those charges. Now he has even more to deal with after his May 22nd arrest.

The exact specifics of Bagwell’s latest arrest are not clear. He was picked up for hit and run, giving false information to police officer, following too closely, license to be carried and exhibited on demand, and open container. He has a July 23rd court date for those offenses.

Bagwell was released on a $14,000 bond between the two cases on May 22nd. He bonded out around 9:25 PM. Hopefully, this will be a wake up call for Buff Bagwell, but it seems that he is developing a very unfortunate trend.
