WWE has a well-established developmental system, but some people need a little extra work over others. This caused one NXT tag team to break up as WWE only needed one member on the main roster.

Jinder Mahal returned to WWE television a couple of weeks ago for match on Main Event. He hadn’t been seen since the Superstar Spectacle in January. The Modern Day Maharaja then showed up on RAW last week, flanked by two huge men. The company had a reason for this decision.

According to Fightful Select, Jinder Mahal was ready for a television return for months. There is a reason why only one member of Indus Sher joined him on the main roster.

It is reported that Saurav of Indus Sher was “deemed not television ready.” There is no word on when they plan to use him again. That caused the team formerly managed by Malcolm Bivens to break up.

Jinder Mahal will likely continue on with Shanky and Rinku by his side. He will play the part of a formidable heel with two big men with him. We will just have to see if that extra help will bring Jinder Mahal back to his former spot as WWE Champion.
