WWE’s WrestleMania Backlash event was capped off with a Universal Title match that received quite a bit of time. Cesaro did not do the Swing on Roman Reigns at all, something that many fans noticed as he sold an arm injury throughout the whole match. Some were left concerned that Cesaro was legitimately injured on top of it all.

It was speculated that Cesaro might have injured himself during a fall to the floor early on in the match. He sold that arm injury and then Roman Reigns focused on that body part throughout the match.

Ringside News has been able to confirm that Cesaro was not injured in his WrestleMania Backlash match. He is simply that good at selling and it caused concern amongst fans.

We were told that Cesaro’s arm injury was the “story of the match.” That also included the attack from Seth Rollins after the contest was over. It was all part of the plan and not something improvised to write Cesaro out of the storyline for any injury angle.

Cesaro’s time in the main event was not a successful one against the Tribal Chief. At least we know that he wasn’t actually injured in the process.

Will Cesaro ever make it back to the main event? Sound off in the comments below!
