Ricky Starks Says It’s Crazy That He’s Being Compared To The Rock

Ricky Starks is undeniably a very talented pro wrestler and has a bright future ahead of him in AEW. Unfortunately for Starks, he suffered a fractured neck and is expected to be out of action for a few months.

Many fans have also compared Ricky Starks to WWE legend The Rock. Especially when it comes to the way he dresses and his mannerisms and promo skills. The comparisons are certainly plausible according to many.

While speaking on  Oral Sessions with Renee Paquette, Starks talked about being compared to The Rock. Starks stated that it’s crazy he’s being compared to him, downplaying the comparisons. Starks added that while they might have similar looks, The Rock isn’t the only well-dressed person in the world.

“That’s so crazy though. Because The Rock comparison is like ‘yo, The Rock wasn’t the only person who dressed nice.’ I’m guess we kind of look alike but…”

It will still be a few months until Ricky Starks will be cleared for an in-ring return. We will have to see what AEW will have planned for Starks once he makes his comeback to the squared circle.
