WWE Considering Famous Arena For SummerSlam Location

SummerSlam will likely be WWE’s next event with live fans and they have a very important arena in mind to host the event. If they can pull this off then it will make the biggest party of the Summer a historic one in 2021.

According to Dave Meltzer on Wrestling Observer Radio, WWE is considering Madison Square Garden in New York City for SummerSlam’s location. It was noted that this is not set in stone.

As soon as Meltzer said it, he said that he probably shouldn’t have revealed that yet. At this time MSG seems to be in the running, but it’s too early to make anything official yet.

It was reported yesterday that WWE has picked August 22nd as the date for SummerSlam this year. We will have to see where they decide to hold the event, but they have a few options at this point that they are narrowing down.
