WWE is always looking to lock down trademarks on new names. They usually have a reason when applying for a trademark. We just have no idea how they will use this new copyright.

The company applied for a trademark on “Asher Hale” on April 30th. According to Heel By Nature, the name was registered into the database on May 4th. This is a mystery name as of this writing.

We are uncertain what WWE is doing with the Asher Hale name. We have seen teases of new Superstars, but no connection has been made with his name yet. It is possible that this will be the new name for a recent recruit.

The company applied for this trademark in the entertainment services category. It was noted in all of the usual ways that pro wrestling trademarks are registered. We will keep our eye out for Asher Hall. Odds are that name will pop up soon.
