KUSHIDA Wins WWE NXT Cruiserweight Title

KUSHIDA is coming off a big match at NXT TakeOver: Stand & Deliver and so was Santos Escobar. They met during NXT this week with the Cruiserweight Title on the line and KUSHIDA pulled off a shocking win.

All it takes is three seconds to win a match and KUSHIDA proved that in a big way. After a decent match, KUSHIDA reversed a roll-up pin from Escobar and won the NXT Cruiserweight Title.

This was a huge moment for him and the crowd chanted KUSHIDA’s name as he celebrated on the ramp.

This marks the first title reign for KUSHIDA since arriving in NXT. It was a big shocking moment for NXT’s first week on Tuesdays.
