WWE finally released their Schedule 14A documentation to the FCC. These documents are about a month late from their usual release date.

Wrestlenomics noted a very interesting aspect of this paperwork. Shane McMahon’s pay was listed among other fascinating details about the company’s financials. When everything is said and done, McMahon took home over $800K from WWE in 2020.

“In 2020, Shane McMahon was retained as a performer for the Company for which he received minimum guaranteed performance fees and royalties aggregating approximately $820,369.”

Shane McMahon was brought in to host RAW Underground, but that weekly segment was nixed due to pandemic concerns. He recently wrapped up a WrestleMania program with Braun Strowman where he lost in a steel cage match. Vince McMahon’s son was also greatly compensated for all of his troubles.

I love pro wrestling and hate BS. These two things drive me. Years of experience in writing, journalism, and digging exclusive insider info for Ringside News. Worked in finance before realizing pro wrestling journalism made much less sense. Pro beachballs at pro wrestling shows, pro dives if someone catches, anti bullies, olives, and pineapples on pizza.
