WWE Making BIG Change To RAW Announce Team

WWE will sometimes switch things up around WrestleMania and the Raw announce team is set for a shake-up.

Ringside News exclusively reported that WWE has no plans right now to shake up the rosters. The same is not true for the commentary table.

According to Wrestling Inc, Adnan Virk will be the new play-by-play commentator, taking over for Tom Phillips. It was not noted especially why WWE is pulling Phillips.

Virk will be replacing Tom Phillips, who had been handling play-by-play duties on the show since last year.

Virk is a sportscaster from Canada who hosted The Score. He also worked for ESPN from 2010 to 2019. We’ll have to see how he does in WWE’s high-pressure environment behind the commentary table.
