WWE Tells NXT Superstars To Quarantine Fearing Another COVID-19 Outbreak

NXT has seen a few COVID-19 outbreaks in the brand since the pandemic started. WWE is afraid that another one might be on the way.

According to Fightful WWE send down word to NXT Superstars that they need to quarantine. There is fear that another outbreak is coming after a meeting/event on Thursday that many Performance Center trainees were forced to attend.

This will lead to “significant changes” for NXT this week.

There will be some significant changes to NXT this week, Fightful has learned. Some talent have been contacted and told to quarantine, and others have been pulled from the show altogether.

The NXT brand has a two-night TakeOver event slated for April 7th and 8th. They are obviously doing what they can to make sure that another outbreak doesn’t happen, but there is apparently a fear of it now.
