AEW needed to make change for the Revolution Buy-In match. Rebel is out of the match, and they need a replacement partner for Britt Baker. Some fans are saying that Zelina Vega might fill that role, but we are here to say that’s not the case.

Thea Trinidad is currently streaming on her Twitch channel as of this writing. She’s not in Daily’s Place for Revolution. That’s not to say she’ll never end up in AEW.

Tony Khan seemed interested in speaking with Thea Trinidad once her WWE non-complete clause expires. He was unaware of the fact that it had already ended at the time, or he was playing dumb. Either way, he didn’t reject the idea.

Thea Trinidad could offer a lot to the AEW Women’s Division. They are still trying to establish that division, and she could play any number of roles. We’ll have to see what the future holds, but don’t expect to see the former Zelina Vega appear at AEW Revolution.
