Jon Moxley is IWGP United States Champion, but he has been unable to defend that title during the pandemic. It appears that is changing soon.

Moxley invaded NJPW Strong’s latest episode to take out KENTA, who has made no secret that his target is on Moxley and the title he hasn’t defended in months. This happened during the main event match as Moxley took out KENTA and Bullet Club.

Lio Rush, TJP and Fred Rosser defeated El Phantasmo, Hikuleo and KENTA of the Bullet Club in the main event.

This is very interesting because AEW previously didn’t let talent work for NJPW inside the United States. It appears that the pandemic has possibly changed that situation. No official match was booked, but this appearance for Moxley is very interesting.
