WWE is preparing for another live two-hour pro wrestling show on FOX. How is the process coming along for SmackDown this week?

Ringside News has learned that SmackDown was re-written last night, and it appears that they are sticking with that plan for the most part. This is a show that can sometimes see the script being written again the next day, hours prior to going live on FOX.

A tenured member of the creative team told us that the show was re-written last night, so not a lot of changes were made this morning or early afternoon. It was also still early in the day.

You never know when Vince McMahon might want to change things, or if Roman Reigns doesn’t like his segment. As of this writing, things appear to be okay in that department.

I love pro wrestling and hate BS. These two things drive me. Years of experience in writing, journalism, and digging exclusive insider info for Ringside News. Worked in finance before realizing pro wrestling journalism made much less sense. Pro beachballs at pro wrestling shows, pro dives if someone catches, anti bullies, olives, and pineapples on pizza.
