The Good Brothers showed up on AEW Dynamite last week, and the Young Bucks joined them in the ring. The band is back together, and they united for a huge Too Sweet in the middle of the ring. That moment was a long time coming.

Karl Anderson and Luke Gallows were supposed to go to AEW, but then they signed new deals with WWE. After their WWE releases, Anderson and Gallows went to Impact Wrestling instead of AEW once again. Thanks to AEW and Impact Wrestling’s partnership, the Good Brothers appeared on AEW Dynamite last week.

During Being The Elite this week, Matt Jackson said “that was supposed to be the ending of episode one.” This was in reference to the group Too Sweet that The Good Brothers and Young Bucks threw up in the ring with Kenny Omega.

It’s no secret that AEW had a different idea of how Dynamite’s first episode was supposed to end. AJ Styles was also thought to be joining them, but he signed a new deal with WWE as well.

The Good Brothers and AJ Styles didn’t arrive in AEW, and the company ended their debut episode of Dynamite with the formation of the Inner Circle instead.

The Young Bucks had some issues trusting the Good Brothers, but they ended up joining them in a big Too Sweet. The intro to this week’s Being The Elite was a long time coming after they finally got to end an episode of Dynamite as they intended to conclude their premiere.

I love pro wrestling and hate BS. These two things drive me. Years of experience in writing, journalism, and digging exclusive insider info for Ringside News. Worked in finance before realizing pro wrestling journalism made much less sense. Pro beachballs at pro wrestling shows, pro dives if someone catches, anti bullies, olives, and pineapples on pizza.
