The XFL fired Oliver Luck, the league’s former commissioner, and then he sued Vince McMahon for wrongful termination. Now WWE’s Chairman is coming back with his own lawsuit.

According to USA Today, Vince McMahon has filed a countersuit against Oliver Luck.

The countersuit says that Oliver Luck went against orders when it came to hiring people. It is also alleged that he abandoned his duties during the pandemic. The league was forced to cease play after five weeks into their 2020 relaunch.

Oliver Luck hired on Antonio Callaway for the Tampa Bay Vipers team. Vince McMahon’s edict was that the XFL needed quality players, but Callaway has a history of issues in the past including credit card fraud.
