Carlito Wasn’t Interested In WWE RAW Legends Night

Carlito was advertised by WWE to be at Legends Night, but he didn’t show up. That made a lot of fans wonder what was going on.

It was previously reported that WWE promoted Carlito without having him booked. There is said to be no bad blood between the two sides, but they couldn’t get things worked out.

According to PW Insider, Carlito rejected WWE’s offer for a Legends Night appearance. He was only getting a quick cameo, and he wasn’t interested in coming in just for a moment on television.

“I was told Carlito found out he was just getting a cameo, and said ‘Hey, but thanks, when you want me to come wrestle or do something, I’m happy to do it. I don’t want to travel across the country, just to do a 2 minute cameo.’”

The 41-year-old Carlito can still perform and he obviously wasn’t happy with just a quick cameo during WWE’s Legends Night. We’ll have to see if he comes back to WWE in any capacity, but it’s not likely to be for a quick walk-on role.
