The exact length of his contract is unknown, but it is a multi-year deal. Bodyslam.net can now confirm that he signed that deal a month ago.

After speaking with my sources within AEW, I have learned that Sting actually signed his contract with the company about a month ago.

Sting’s WWE merchandise was pulled on October 30th. His contract was up about 90 days prior to that; because WWE had some time to unload merchandise. Now Sting is the top seller for AEW merchandise, and WWE likely has crates full of Sting apparel at their warehouse that they can never sell.

I love pro wrestling and hate BS. These two things drive me. Years of experience in writing, journalism, and digging exclusive insider info for Ringside News. Worked in finance before realizing pro wrestling journalism made much less sense. Pro beachballs at pro wrestling shows, pro dives if someone catches, anti bullies, olives, and pineapples on pizza.
