Jon Moxley will not be working NJPW’s Wrestle Kingdom event. That was made very clear by Tony Khan, but Moxley is still holding the IWGP United States Title. This created a lot of frustration with one New Japan star.

KENTA called out Jon Moxley in the past. He sent out another tweet to let fans know that he doesn’t want to face Brody King. He wants Moxley, and he’s tired of asking about the IWGP United States Champion’s whereabouts.

I want Moxley NOT YOU @Brodyxking I’m so tired of saying “Where’s Moxley?” GIVE ME THE IWGP US TITLE

Jon Moxley cannot work for another televised pro wrestling company within the USA. That rule eliminates the chance to Moxley dropping the title in the United States. Traveling to Japan would also require a two-week quarantine time. None of that could be worked out in time for Moxley to work Wrestle Kingdom, and KENTA is not happy about the situation.

I love pro wrestling and hate BS. These two things drive me. Years of experience in writing, journalism, and digging exclusive insider info for Ringside News. Worked in finance before realizing pro wrestling journalism made much less sense. Pro beachballs at pro wrestling shows, pro dives if someone catches, anti bullies, olives, and pineapples on pizza.
