WWE has signed a few names in the past few months to contracts, and some of those people are former EVOLVE stars. The company has moved toward short-term contracts which has a few benefits.

According to Fightful Select, WWE is paying recent signees $60,000 downside guarantees. That is the least they will make. They also have a $500 bonus for each episode of television they work.

The original short-term contracts will jump to $80,000 in January, and then bonuses will increase “significantly.” Word is that bonus amount could triple.

It is also reported that several people within WWE are happy about the company moving to shorter-term deals. This will help the company “avoid stockpiling and hoarding talent” if they’re not being used. That was an issue in the past.
