Mick Foley was very vocal on Twitter in the run up to the 2020 Presidential election. It’s unclear how much help Foley did, but his tweets urging voters to think about some very specific points were well-documented. Now he is leaving Twitter.

The WWE Hall Of Famer jumped on Twitter for the last time in a while. He said that he’ll be back in December, but for now, he must take a break. He might even disable his account, but he thanked everyone for their support.

I’m taking a twitter break, and should be back on in December. I might be disabling my account for a while – but I will return.

Thanks for all of your support. Please wear a mask and look out for each other – it’s going to be a tough fall and winter.

The world is in a very unique situation, and Foley, along with many others hope that everyone can look after each other during this time. It could be a tough fall and winter for a lot of people.

Foley’s plea to wear a mask and be safe is not new. He was very vocal about the speed of COVID-19 testing in July as well.
