WWE has used “Then, Now, Forever” as their tagline for quite a while. Now they are locking that down with a trademark.

According to Heel By Nature, WWE filed a trademark on their famous slogan on October 26th. They filed the trademark to be used in a number of ways including entertainment services, and merchandising.

WWE also filed trademarks for NXT UK talent Xia Brookside and Tyson T-Bone. The company has locked down numerous NXT UK Superstars in recent weeks. This was really kicked into high gear when the brand went back into production filming new content.

The company is always looking to look down new trademarks. It appears they will continue doing this “Then, Now, and Forever,” and they can also use that slogan however they wish as well.
