According to Fightful Select, there are some major rumors going around right now about Karrion Kross’ status. Multiple sources have said that they have been talking about crowning a new champion.

They are reportedly tossing around ideas for a 4-way match that would pick a new NXT Champion due to Kross’ injury. At this point there don’t seem to be any “firm plans,” but several Superstars have heard that idea “floating around.”
