AEW Dynamite and WWE NXT both brought very different shows to television this week. How did they stack up against each other?

Showbuzz Daily reports that AEW Dynamite brought in an overnight two hour average of 901,000 viewers they also brought in a .36 in the 18-49 demographic. WWE NXT earned an average of 753,000 viewers with a .20 in the 18-49 demographic.

Last year’s episode of AEW Dynamite captured 773,000 viewers with a .30 in the 18-49 demographic. WWE NXT earned 707,000 viewers and a .18 rating in the 18-49 demographic. NXT lost that week, but they were able to pull in over 100,000 more viewers than they did last week.

Last week prior’s episode of AEW Dynamite pulled in 845,000 viewers with a .32 rating in the 18-49 demographic. WWE NXT brought in 615,000 viewers with a .17 in the 18-49 demographic.

The previous week’s episode of AEW Dynamite brought 788,000 and also earned a .29 rating in the coveted 18-49 demographic. WWE NXT drew 631,000 fans with a .14 rating in the 18-49 demographic.

NXT defeated AEW in viewership the week before that, but they did not beat them in the ratings. AEW’s Fyter Fest garnered 715,000 viewers. Meanwhile, WWE NXT’s presentation of the Great American Bash drew 759,000 viewers that week.
